How to shop with us
To buy online, follow these simple steps:
- Find the goods you want and place them in your shopping basket. Then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your personal details and select shipping mode.
- Choose your form of payment.
- Check that all details are correct on the summary page, and confirm your purchase (remember to accept our Terms and conditions).
- Payment will be transacted via an encrypted and secure payment service provider (XXX).
- You will receive an immediate order confirmation by mail, which acts as your receipt.
- You will also receive notification of mail when your purchase is shipped.

The products shown cannot be ordered by phone, but via our webshops only. If any products are temporarily out of stock, they will be marked and will give details of expected delivery time. Customer Service will not be able to tell you when the product will be in stock again. We therefore recommend that you visit the webshop again later to check for availability.

When shopping at www.skovbon.dk, all transactions are made in EURO.
Order history cannot be shown when you log in to the site. If you want a copy of your order confirmation, please send a mail to email@example.com.
At the moment we can not predict how long the shipping/transfer will take.
Shipping cost depends on weight and which country you live in and will automatically be added into tha total payment.
At the moment we only ship to EU countrie. If you are from an other country, Please send a request at firstname.lastname@example.org on mail and we can see if we can help you.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- VISA Electron
We do not make any payment charge, regardless of form of payment used.
Your card will not be charged until the products are shipped. No amount larger than that you have confirmed when paying can be deducted.
To enter into a transaction with us at www.skovbon.dk, we need the following details:

- E-mail address
We register your personal details to be able to deliver goods to you. Your personal details are registered by Skovbon/Boho Bonanza and stored for up to five years before they are deleted.
When personal details are collected via our website, we always ensure that we do so with our consent, so that you are informed of precisely which details we collect and why.
Skovbon/Boho Bonanza is responsible for the data we collect, and has access to your details. We do not store or transmit customer details encrypted.
Details entered at www.skovbon.dk are never disclosed or sold to any third party, and we do not register any sensitive personal details.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we register your email address. We do not disclose email addresses to anyone else.
When you are registered with Skovbon/Boho Bonanza, you can object to the registration at any time. You are also entitled to know what details we have registered on you. These rights are guaranteed by the Data Protection Act. If you have any enquiries, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com
Security concerning card details
During the payment phase, you will be told which products you have ordered and the total price. When you decide to go to the checkout, you will be linked to a secure (encrypted) internet link (https://) where you will be asked to enter the following:
- Credit card number
- Expiry date
- Card Security Code
www.skovbon.dk only handles the sale and shipping of the products and never comes into contact or sees your credit card details. They are exclusively processed on a secure server over an encrypted link via a payment provider.
Right to cancel
You have a 14 day right to cancel when shopping at www.skovbon.dk. Your right to cancel runs from the day you:
- have received your goods
- physically receive the last product when you have purchased several different items on one order and that are delivered individually
- physically receive the last item shipped or the last part of a shipment consisting of several elements or part
You then have 14 days to let us know that you want cancel your purchase. Cancellation must be given via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state clearly that you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
You cannot cancel simply by refusing delivery of the goods without clearly informing us.
Custom-made products are not covered by our right to cancel.
Goods must be sent back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must pay all direct costs for returning goods. You are responsible for ensuring goods for return are well-packed. You bear the risk for the goods from time at which they are delivered.
The condition of return goods
The full purchase price can only be refunded if the goods are returned unused or used in a manner similar to that they would be used in a physical shop. The option of refunding the full purchase price will therefore lapse if you use the goods in a manner which clearly depreciates their sales value.
Refunding the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the full amount you paid to us. If the goods are not in resalable condition, a deduction will be made reflecting their loss of value.
If you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund all payments received from you including delivery costs (except extra costs as a result of your choice of another form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and always within 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. We make refunds using the same payment option you used for the original transaction, unless you have specifically requested something else.
We can withhold your refund until we have received the goods unless you have provided proof in advance for having returned them. The only costs you will incur when cancelling a purchase are those involved in having the goods sent to you and returning them to us.

If there is anything wrong with the goods (warranty claims)
When you shop at www.skovbon.dk you have 12 months warranty right. We make every effort to ensure your order is correctly processed and check that the goods are not defective. We apologise if you receive any goods that qualify for a warranty claim, and ask you to contact and inform us on mail email@example.com and we will do whatever we can to correct our mistake.
If goods are faulty, you can either have them repaired, replaced or refunded, depending on the situation. Naturally, a claim has to be justified, and the defect cannot have occurred as a result of incorrect use or other inappropriate conduct.
It is therefore important that you follow the user, washing and other instructions enclosed, that guide you on correct use and maintenance of the product. Failure to use or care for a product according to the instructions will be regarded as incorrect use or inappropriate conduct and the goods will not be covered by any warranty.

How quickly should I make a claim?
You must make a warranty claim within a ‘reasonable period’ of detecting the defect. If you claim within two months of the defect being detected, the claim will always be valid.
We refund reasonable carriage costs
If a warranty claim is justified, we naturally refund your (reasonable) carriage costs.

Remember to send the goods back in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your carriage costs.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact our Customer Centre at email@example.com. If we should fail to agree on a solution, you can complain to the Forbrugerklagenævnet (consumer complaints council) for purchases over DKK 1,000. There are more details at www.forbrug.dk.
Information on ways of complaining
You can complain about goods bought from us to the Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning (competition and consumer agency's centre for complaints) Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You complain to the Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers resident in other EU countries. Submit complaints here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We use log statistics on www.skovbon.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have had, where they come from and where they leave the website etc. These statistics are used purely for the purpose of optimising www.skovbon.dk.
